PeaceFit Parentals

A CrossFit class designed for parents to bring their wee ones to the gym. These classes use a reduced amount of kit to make it safer! Everyone is welcome to join in! Any questions please get in touch.

PeaceFit For Life Class

A low impact CrossFit class that is exciting and inclusive for the older generation or the more anxious exerciser. A great hour including a warm up, skill development, main workout, a finisher and cool down with stretch. This class is welcoming to everyone, with a social element to it. We will focus on having a positive body image, mobility, learning about different aspects of nutrition, encouraging each other to try their best and you'll leave feeling strong, physically and mentally!

CrossFit Kids

The PeaceFit Pack! A CrossFit class that is exciting and inclusive for children. This class will focus on having fun whilst building skills and strength. All abilities welcome!

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 10-16. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness and most important of all ... FUN!

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone - people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
